The following describes the current terms, conditions of sale and delivery from www.nordiskselvforsyning.com

 

VAT

All prices stated on the website include VAT.

 

Prices

All prices on the site are current prices.

We reserve the right for sold-out items, printing and typing errors, price changes and changes in duties and taxes.

 

Ordering

When you place an order with Nordisk SelvForsyning, you also accept our current purchase terms and conditions. In connection with placing the order, you also consent to the information you have provided being registered and stored in our customer register for the purpose of processing and handling your order. Nordisk SelvForsyning reserves the right to correct or cancel an order in the event of errors, lack of availability or circumstances which mean that delivery cannot be completed.

 

How to shop

 

Private customers:

Please click “buy” next to the items in the shop that you want.

When you have placed the desired items in the basket, you can access the basket by clicking “go to shopping basket”.

You must then enter your customer details.

If you have shopped with us before, simply enter your email address; the rest will appear automatically via the information you have previously entered.

 

B2B customers:

We do not offer B2B sales.

We reserve the right to cancel orders placed as B2B with direct resale of our product range in mind.

 

Order confirmation and invoice

As a buyer, you automatically receive an order confirmation at the email address provided in connection with placing the order. It is the buyer’s own responsibility to ensure that the email address entered is correct, so that the order confirmation can be generated and sent via our shop system.

The email address provided is also used for ongoing information about order status and processing of the order in our system. If an incorrect email address is entered when ordering, the system will not be able to send the order confirmation, order updates or other messages concerning the purchase.

We recommend that the order confirmation is retained, as it may be necessary in connection with any complaint, exchange or other enquiry concerning the order.

The invoice for the purchase is sent upon request. The invoice is generated automatically via our shop system and sent to the email address provided when the order was placed.

 

Especially for order items

We have direct contact with the manufacturers and place your order with the relevant supplier as soon as we have received your order. Order items specially brought home for you must be prepaid by payment into our account. We cannot offer to take order items back.

Product information, documentation, guidance and user manuals

Product images may differ from the actual appearance and character of the product if the appearance of the products is changed by our suppliers. We therefore reserve the right for any errors on the site concerning images. The product descriptions and user guides available for the item are included with the delivery from Nordisk SelvForsyning.

We are happy to assist by email if further guidance about the products is desired.

 

Payment

When you shop with Nordisk SelvForsyning, you can pay in different ways.

Payment can be made via a number of payment cards on the site. The cards are shown at the payment gateway and on the front page.

Please note that we only process your order when the payment has been registered in our account. Please also note that if you choose bank transfer as payment for your order with us, you must pay all possible fees charged by the bank for the transfer, so that the amount transferred that we receive is identical to the total order amount on your order confirmation. We therefore do not accept bank transfers where the recipient (Nordisk SelvForsyning) and the sender (you as buyer) share the fee that the bank charges for carrying out the transfer for you.

When paying by bank transfer, please remember to state your order number.

To ensure the fastest possible order processing when paying by bank transfer, please send a copy of your payment receipt to info@nordiskselvforsyning.dk when payment for the order has been completed.

 

Payment security

As a customer, you can shop securely with Nordisk SelvForsyning, as your credit card information is sent in encrypted form.

We do not pass on your personal information to other companies, but use it solely to complete the transaction with Nordisk SelvForsyning.

 

Delivery time and transport

You can order delivery to a home address and in some countries also to parcel.

 

Home delivery: You must specify a place where the driver may leave your shipment. Specific delivery times on the day cannot be requested.

Parcel shop: On the same day that your parcel has arrived, you will be notified either by email or SMS, and you then have 8 days to collect your parcel. If you do not collect it within the period, the parcel will be returned to us. If the parcel is to be resent to you from here, we will again be charged freight costs by the freight company, which is why you will again have to pay freight costs for dispatch.

 

Note on entering your information when ordering

Please make sure that you fill in your address fully and completely correctly when ordering. Parcel labels are generated directly from the information you have entered on our website, after which they are printed and affixed to our parcels for the parcel cage in the warehouse. We therefore do not handle your stated customer information for delivery manually.

Incorrect entry or omissions of your full name, address or telephone number when placing an order, including missing apartment number or floor, triggers an extra charge from the freight company, which they call a “readdressing fee”. If we receive an invoice from the freight company for a readdressing fee for delivery of your parcel due to errors or omissions in your entry when placing the order, we will send you the relevant extra invoice from the freight company.

 

GLS collects parcel and pallet shipments from our warehouse all year round, Monday to Thursday, between 08:00 and 15:00. Delivery time for stock items is normally 6–14 business days, depending on the country of delivery.

In our peak season during the period 1 August - 1 December, there may be longer delivery times, just as there may be changed delivery times in connection with holidays.

When your order has been picked and packed in our warehouse, the parcel is placed in the day’s outgoing parcel cage. When the parcels have been collected by GLS and Danske Fragtmænd, you will receive a tracking email so that you can follow your shipment. Please note that you can only search for your shipment via the tracking email received when the driver from the freight company arrives with the parcels at the parcel depot in Horsens or Kolding and there carries out the first scan of the shipment in their system.

 

For order items, the expected delivery time can be seen under the product description; alternatively, you can contact us to be informed of the current delivery time for a product. Delivery estimates are indicative, depending on when the goods are finished from production.

 

Freight costs for delivery to respectively:

·         Private

·         Parcel shop

·         are shown in the basket before you place your order.

 

Please note that the freight companies with which we cooperate deliver only on weekdays, at kerb height, to the first door. You therefore cannot order goods for delivery to different floors.

 

For delivery to smaller islands not connected by bridge, the order is transported to the ferry berth on the mainland, and the buyer is responsible for onward transport.

 

Especially regarding ordering yeast

We sell a wide range of different yeast types and additives from Lallemand Wine, Chr. Hansen, IOC France, Erbslöh, Fermentis/Lesaffre, Vinoferm, Laffort, OenoFrance, Mangrove and others.

On our products you will find the data sheets with the original English text, in addition to the Danish text we have prepared.

For products where a dosage amount is stated which may vary, you will always receive the maximum amount that can be added, as stated by the manufacturer.

 

Collect your order

Pre-ordered and paid stock items can be collected from our warehouse on Fridays between 11:00 and 17:00.

 

Rights of complaint, withdrawal and exchange

 

Complaints concerning freight damage must be made within 24 hours after receipt of the goods, in accordance with the terms set by the freight companies we use, in order for us to be able to make a claim against the freight company that delivered the parcel to you; otherwise the right of complaint lapses and all claims are forfeited.

 

In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, we provide a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase for goods in original packaging, provided that they have not been put into use.

Furthermore, a one-year guarantee is provided in relation to product defects.

There is a two-year complaint period in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The guarantee does not cover excessive use, abnormal load, use or handling that has damaged the product during use or cleaning, or lack of maintenance.

 

The item and shipping costs are refunded by us; however, you as buyer must pay the costs of returning the item if the right of withdrawal is used.

 

Items exempt from the right of withdrawal

 ✔ Items manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications, including special and order items

 ✔ Sealed items which, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return, including packaging and lids - both glass and plastic

✔ Refrigerated goods, including yeast, enzymes, processing aids and additives for pulp and must

✔ Items where the sealing or seal has been broken

 

How to return, conditions

If you return an item, the item must be in the same condition as when received and accompanied by a copy of your order confirmation. You will find this auto-generated in your inbox; it arrives immediately after you have placed an order with us. Please note which items we cannot take back; see described above.

 

Return of parcels we have sent to you with parcel-shop delivery and GLS home delivery

Please send us an email and request a return label. You must put this on your parcel and hand it in at your nearest GLS parcel shop. When you wish to use your right of return and cancel the purchase, you must pay the return freight yourself. The amount is identical to the freight amount you paid to have your order delivered and covers the amount we must pay to have the parcel returned to our warehouse. Please note which items cannot be returned; see described above.

 

Uncollected parcels in GLS Parcel Shop

Resending: If we receive your parcel returned because you have not collected your parcel within the 8 days you have to do so, and you want the parcel resent again, you, like us, must pay GLS for new freight. The amount is identical to the amount you paid for freight of the parcel when placing the order, and you transfer the amount to us via MobilePay with the text: “Resending of order number # ” (here you enter the order number to which the payment relates). We store the parcel for you for 14 days after it has returned to our warehouse and discard it thereafter.

 

Cancelling the purchase: If our warehouse receives your parcel returned because you have not collected your parcel within the 8 days you have to do so, and you now wish to use your right of return and cancel the purchase, we deduct the shipping costs we have incurred to send your parcel to you + the same amount in return freight that we have incurred to have the uncollected parcel returned to our warehouse from the total amount we refund to you.

 

You cannot cancel the purchase for the following items:

Items exempt from the right of withdrawal, where you wish to cancel the purchase

·         Items manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications, including order items

·         Sealed items which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable to be returned, including packaging and lids, whether glass or plastic

·         Refrigerated goods, including yeast, enzymes, processing aids or any forms of additives for pulp and must

·         Items where the seal has been broken

 

Return of parcels and goods by personal attendance

Return goods are received on Fridays between 11:00 and 17:00 in the shop. We can credit you the order amount when the parcel is received at our warehouse, provided it is in unused condition and in original packaging.

 

We do not take back packaging and lids, whether glass or plastic, yeast, enzymes, processing aids or any forms of additives for pulp and must.

 

Freight damage

Have you received goods from us that were damaged in transit upon delivery?

If you have received a shipment with damage, please contact us by email immediately and within 24 hours of receipt of the goods and document the extent of the damage, so that we can start your case with the freight company.

 

In this connection, we need the following:

·         Photos of the outer packaging

·         Photos of damage to the item

·         Photos of the entire item

·         Photo of the shipping label

Complaints concerning freight damage must be made within 24 hours after receipt of the goods, in accordance with the terms set by the freight companies we use, in order for us to be able to make a claim against the freight company that delivered the parcel to you; otherwise the right of complaint lapses and all claims are forfeited.

 

Limitation of liability

Nordisk SelvForsyning is not liable for operating losses or loss of profit as a result of delays in delivery or defects in the goods sold.

It is always up to the user to ensure that the product is suitable for the intended use. For product liability, the rules in force at any time under Danish law apply.

 

Disclaimer

 

We reserve the right for typing errors, technical errors, sold-out items and items on backorder, unforeseen price changes, delayed deliveries and force majeure.

We expect that the war in Ukraine and the general unrest in the Strait of Hormuz, and the resulting situation on the world market, may affect component availability, delivery times, raw material prices and production costs, which may have an impact on trade, distribution and pricing going forward.
