A new, natural, specific inactivated yeast with guaranteed glutathione levels, dedicated to protecting ciders, white wines and rosé wines against oxidation. Unique and highly soluble autolysed yeast that can be added to grape and apple must at any time before the start of fermentation.

When added to the must at the earliest stage of the production process, before fermentation begins, GLUTASTAR provides unique properties to the wine and ensures:
