Star San Sanitising - Instructions for Use

Star San - How to Use

  • Remove coarse particles by rinsing or scraping beforehand and soak if necessary
  • Then wash or rinse the items thoroughly with a good cleaning agent followed by water
  • Prepare a solution of 15–25 ml Star San HB™ per 10 l water
  • Apply to the surface using a cloth, mop, sponge, spray, or by immersion
  • Spray from 15–20 cm away from the surface and scrub with a brush, cloth, or sponge
  • The surface must remain wet for at least 1 minute
  • Rinse with water at the same temperature
  • Close the container tightly after use and store in a well-ventilated area
  • Always keep containers upright to prevent leakage
  • Keep out of reach of children
  • Note: Do not mix STAR SAN HB™ with chlorinated cleaning agents, as chlorine gas may form
